Dear Member,

The Committee have been keeping a close eye on attendance at The Club, the social distancing and cleaning processes since the reopening of The Surbiton Club.

We are pleased to move to the next phase of reopening from Monday 3rd August, which includes the use of two snooker tables, one games machine and the signing in of guests (limited to one per member per visit).

Snooker
Members must use their own snooker cues.
The middle table is out of bounds to allow for social distancing.
The snooker balls must be collected from and returned to the bar staff to ensure the cleaning process takes place between each new pair of players.
A note of the time will be taken when balls are collected and returned, payment will take place via card which is left behind the bar.

Games Machines
The playing of the games machine must take into account social distancing and therefore only 1 person is permitted to stand at the machine at any one time. Please alert staff when you have finished playing the machine to enable cleaning.

Guests
Members will be permitted to sign in 1 guest each per visit. The guest must remain with the member for the duration of the visit. Please remember the same guest cannot be signed in more than twice per month - if they wish to attend on a more regular basis, they should be looking to join The Surbiton Club as a member.

Thank you.
Management Committee
